ExSplitBar(splitter control)
ExSplitBar is a component that enables automatic resizing of adjacent controls when the user drags a split bar to a new position. It manages the layout and positioning of controls or windows on a form, dialog, or window. When the Mode property is set to exSplitBarHorz, it resizes components above or below the bar; when set to exSplitBarVert, it resizes controls to the left or right. Unlike many other split bar components, ExSplitBar works across a wide range of development environments, including Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word), Visual Basic, Visual FoxPro, .NET Framework, Delphi, C++, C++ Builder, dBASE Plus, and more.
