ExResizer is a component that enables proportional resizing of controls on a form while preserving their anchored sizes and positions. It automatically adjusts the size and placement of controls on Visual Basic forms as the form is resized, without requiring any code. By simply dropping ExResizer onto a form, controls can be resized proportionally by setting their Anchor property.
